Delivery
Once your order is made, you will receive an email confirmation.
(Don't forget to check your junk folder too!).
Depending on which postage option you have chosen, we will start to create your order.
Order processing can take from 1 - 4 days.
Your order will be shipped as per your request and each item is packaged safely and securely by us!
Options & Standards
We offer free UK delivery for any orders over £75
Orders less than this amount will have lots of options to choose from.
UK ORDERS
Standard Delivery/2nd Class Royal Mail - aims to deliver within 3-5 working days
1st Class Royal Mail - aims to deliver within 1-2 working days
Tracked 24 - Aims to deliver within 1-2 working days and can be tracked at various points through Royal Mail's network and email/text updates can be received to track delivery or progress
Urgent Order/Special Delivery - This option is great for last minute orders. Order before 12 noon and have your order shipped the same day! If you order after 12 noon, it will be shipped the following day.

International Delivery
We ship using International Standard Royal Mail.
It has an estimated delivery time of 5 to 20 working days.
You cannot track standard mail, therefore we recommend a tracked option if you need.

International Tracked & Signed
Tracked & Signed Mail is trackable throughout the whole journey and a signature is required upon delivery destination. It has an estimated delivery time of 5 - 13 working days.

International Express
Express aims to deliver within 3 - 6 working days. We use UPS Express and the order can be tracked through the network.
Once order is placed, it is shipped within 24 hours (on working days).
We are not responsible for any delays faced by Royal Mail.
You may contact Royal Mail yourself, however they will ask you wait 10 working days until contacting them to file a lost/delayed mail claim.
