Personalised Orders
We can amend orders if contact is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Due to our fast turnaround, we often spend time designing your order quite quickly to ensure speedy delivery.
Non Personalised Orders
Please contact us as soon as possible to amend or cancel your order.
We will fully refund orders that meet the criteria below;
• Your personalised order has yet to be designed for creation.
• Your order arrived damaged.
We do not refund orders that;
• Are no longer wanted
• You made a mistake when personalising.
Refunds take up to 9 working days to receive.

Each personalisable item has a section to write your personalisation.
If you have ordered incorrectly or not provided the correct personalisation, we will contact you via email.
Should we not hear from you within 10 working days, we will cancel and refund your order.
Yes you can. You can choose the 'Rush Order' shipping option at checkout.
If you have already placed your order, please contact us asap via the contact page.
Please note, a rush order fee of £5 will be added to your order and the invoice sent via email.
Most of our products are made from UK premium acrylic or wood.
Some items may be made from solid wood.
Item materials are stated on the product descriptions should it be one of niche products.
Whilst some of the materials we use may meet UKCA conformity, we ourselves, to not regulate this in-house, due to the nature of fast production and customisations.
We recommend all products are not suitable for children.
Non of our products are toys.
No product should be allowed near lit candles.
Acrylic products can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Wooden products, depending on the type of wood, may be brushed clean or you can apply danish oil.
Specific products will have an information sheet containing care instructions.
